We will acknowledge receipt within 10 days and will respond within the time required by law (usually 45 days or less).

9. Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Click the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the footer on any page to opt out of any “sharing” of your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

10. Data Retention & Deletion

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law:

- Account data: 7 years after account closure (tax/legal requirements)

- Analytics data: up to 26 months

- Logs: 90 days

Upon verified request, we will delete your personal information except where we must retain it for legal reasons.

11. Data Security

We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. However, no system is 100% secure.

12. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect or sell the personal information of anyone under 16.

13. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration

Any dispute arising from this Privacy Policy or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Delaware on an individual basis (no class actions). Details are in our Terms of Service.
