Xaris Technology, Inc. respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same.

It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement that comply with the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). Required Information for a Valid Notice

Your DMCA notice must include the following:

2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Counter-Notices

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
